info@silkplantsflorida.com within 2 weeks after the receipt of the merchandise and we will refund your purchase price (less shipping). Returns
are accepted only by prior authorization by email or phone 239-495-5059. Requests must be made within 15 days of receipt
of shipment. PLEASE inspect merchandise before signing bill of lading. Claims for damaged goods are the responsibility
of the carrier and must be noted before signing the delivery receipt (if applicable). Please notify us of damage if
you need assistance. To return an item, re-pack the item in the original container, or a smaller one if it is a partial
return, and include the authorization form we email you.
